Happy 2nd Birthday to our sweet boy! I can't believe how fast the last 2 years have flown by. Ryder has grown into a cute, ornery, stubborn and lovable 2 year old. We are so blessed to be able to raise such a great boy!
On Sunday, October 21st we all came over to our house to party. Ryder had a great day but does not love to be the center of attention. When we sang Happy Birthday he looked down and was very embarrassed. He did enjoy opening gifts. Both Cooper and Emerie were good help.
After breakfast that morning I noticed he had a rash on his right hand and between his fingers. He didn't act like it bothered him but he stayed home from Church. By Wednesday of that week it had gotten much worse, from is right hand up to his right elbow he was covered so we headed to the Dr. in Garden City. We then found out he had shingles. He must not of had a bad case because he wasn't fussy or act like he hurt only itched. Poor baby had shingles on his 2nd Birthday! Luckily he healed quickly and was a trooper.
