On Thursday I got the weekly newsletter from Preschool and it said they had cereal for snack. I asked Cooper what kind of cereal they had and he said "Fruit Lips!" I asked if they were fruity circles and he was sure they were fruit lips!
Later that day we went to the grocery store. Here is a little history for this time of year-a few times I have found scorpions! I don't always handle this well but I am getting better. I found the first one outside which was fine and the next was found inside my colander! Nasty!! So we are walking through the aisle at the grocery store and Cooper starts yelling "Mom, Mom, Come look!" I stop to see what he has found and he says "Mom, they sell scorpion meat!" I look and see it is a bag of frozen raw shrimp. On the front of the package was a large raw shrimp. This tells me I need to broaden our menu here at our house but it was so cute!!
Got to love a kid's imagination!!
