The Denver Aquarium

On the first day of our summer vacation we went to Denver and spent the afternoon at the Aquarium.  It was so fun to see all the exhibits.  The boys were so excited and Cooper ran he with excitement to each tank.  In one exhibit we saw a Mermaid Show.  We were sitting with about 100 other kids in a very small enclosed area--it had the aroma of stinky bodies and smelly feet!  But the kids loved it.  Listening to the kids talk was the greatest.  You never know what they might say.  One little girl was so impressed they were real mermaids while her friend stated, "They are not real mermaids, I can see her ankle bones!"  We had a great time!
